What is so frustrating about this, is the presentation by the State of a different reality. They acted in contravention of the law, but they choose to ignore that fact and the public is left with no recourse to solve this.

There are solutions, but they are only effective through personal risk to the families by way of costs, or speedy regulatory action by a regulator the government funds at a lower level than the Greyhound Board.

Is a group action by parents possible; as in, if parents took an action together? Is such an action possible in Ireland?
